Code in Terminal: su (enter) mount -o rw,remount /system (enter) rm -r /system/app/FILE-NAME-HERE.apk (enter) notes: *terminal is case sensitive *hold menu down to get keyboard *in Astro make sure you check advanced search options (.apk) *be careful what you delete, cant be undone, unless u have backed them up *you can delete market apps as well through this process, but it would be longer than the normal way.
